Guests arrive for their stay at La Playa Carmel while Cesar Lara, Director of the Monterey Bay Central Labor Council was speaking at a hotel workers rally in front of the entrance to the hotel's lobby on July 6, 2012. Workers and representatives of labor organizations announced a boycott of the hotel.
