Thank you so much! I was so worried that I wouldn't get Japanese practice now that I'm graduating high school, but now I can learn cooking and practice Japanese at the same time!

i am blown away by the amount of ratings you get.....i say if you get 10% of people that care enough to rate but your hitting like like high 30's...... BobbyJudo internet sensation...

I'm trying to keep my quality up, but I imagine a lot of it is that I'm still new. When people get used to me, maybe I won't get rated as much. Plus, I think Batman helped out a lot.

That looks delicious, unfortunatly I can't eat meat (intolerant to the proteins) do you know if I could make omurice with fish, seafood or just a vegetarian version? Oishisou da mon..

The problem with alternatives like fish or tofu in this kind of dish is that it would be difficult to get the consistency that you need to help keep the shape. The good think about Mexican food though, is that it's almost always possible to substitute meat with cooked beans. Black beans, onions, garlic and lime would be good. Refried beans might work. And if you're somewhere with good grocery stores, you could try a tofu-based "ground meat" product.
