The scotish fans were amazing at this match! Everyone was drunk as fuck, but there were no incidents. There was a lot of partying going on between slovenian and scotish fans after the game, I exchanged a jersey with a guy from Scotland. The events on the pitch weren't that good, since we got the shit kicked out of us. Scotish national team can be really proud of their fans, they are not caled the Tartan ARMY for nothing. I hope that our teams will soon play each other ! Keep up the good support!

This match came early in a little golden period for the Scottish national team. Some great performances and results that took them from 85th to 13th in the world in the space of about 3 years, under the management of Walter Smith, then Alex McLeish.

3 brilliant goals! Watching Scotland in the 90's and early 00's was hard work as they never seemed to score many good goals, now we have scored some crackers recently, like the 3 against Ukraine, Clarkson's goal v Czechs, and Faddy's goal against the French!
