BMW Knokke Atmospheres: three VIP events with sea view

To present the absolute top segment models, the 7 Series LCI, 6 Series Gran Coupé, M6 Coupé and M6 Cabrio in the best possible conditions to its customers, BMW Belux appealed to The Oval Office.

Together with BMW's Experential Marketing team the agency created BMW Knokke Atmospheres, a live communication concept where the high tech car models were associated with other prestigious brands such as Cartier, La Prairie, Pommery, Flamant, Etihad, Bombay Sapphire and Steinway & Sons.

For three nights (23, 24 and 24 June), 2,000 guests were welcomed in a waterfront tented pavilion on the beach of Knokke-Heist for an evening program where they could enjoy different atmospheres. An evening of lifestyle experiences in the exclusive world of luxury brands.

The Oval Office was responsible for the concept development, the event communication and the entire practical and logistical organization as well as for the contacts with the other event partners.
