    I think, it would also be better to show in an animation how MHC are being used in different immunological interactions.

  • The MHC II should have up to 12 possible molecules expressed, not 6. This is because recombination can happen within each of the gene locus DP DQ DR for the two halotypes inherited from either parent. So that on top of the 6 parental types that one may inherit (same idea as MHC I), we also get 6 recombination types where if the alpha chain is inherited from the mom, then the beta chain is from the dad, and vice versa.
