I am not sure what the opinions of other guys are but I do agree that a turtleneck and boots is one way a girl can look really good in the winter.

How to look hot in winter clothes?
that kind of boots that are in the video and with fur details. Fake fur are sexy. all kinds of knitted material can be sexy. I personally think white are the best color. Like a snow angel.

Turtlenecks are no good if you have wider shoulders....If you tend to gain weight on the top half of your body... stay far away from turtlenecks. Skinny jeans also not a good look for the previously mentioned body type. Oh and there is nothing sexy about a bomber jacket..... if anything try a tailored leather jacket with a thermal lining with a faux fur trim.
