Insulin is supposed to be refrigerated, not room temp! You roll the bottle in your hands to gently mix ( shaking causes air bubbles ) the insulin. After you fill the syringe the bottle of insulin goes right back in the fridge! )

Great Channel. You Have one of the Best Video Collections in Youtube. Great work!.

remember to first place the amount of air into the vial in order not to create a vacuum, then withdraw the insulin.
inject the same amount of air as you will be withdrawing liquid.
Pets are wonderful!! (and well worth the trouble)

@margeryred Aw. That's so sad. He looks cute though. I hope he's having a good time in cat heaven. :-)
Sorry to hear about your cat. my cat was recently diagnosed and i'm still nervous about giving him shots. I wonder how long did your cat live after he was diagnosed?

@newyorkdoll79 Is your cat still alive? I had to put Choochie down in January of 2010. I still miss that little guy! My new dogs have been keeping me very busy though. Two Yorkies... smaller than Choochie if I put them together. I hope your baby is still doing well!
