As with all glitches I post videos of (unless I say in the video description that I did not find it on my own), I have found this glitch on my own but am not claiming to be the first person to discover it.
Anyway, back when Fable was still kinda new and I was at my friend's house playing it a LOT, I eventually noticed that whenever I dug something the Hero moves back a bit. I tried it out in Darkwood and dug for like 45 minutes and went through, if I recall correctly the glitched cells don't have exits. I can't remember whether or not this worked in The Lost Chapters, I used to have that game but I don't recall messing around with this glitch in the game.
You can glitch yourself into just about anything, but the real problem is that if you clip into certain things by doing this (e.g. fences or houses), you might not be able to dig anymore and will be stuck until you do a World/Hero Save and reload it. Mountains never seem to have a spot where you can't dig, so they are the optimal digging spots. I used to think that you could only use the glitch to move south, but as I explored more after doing this video I learned that you can actually do it in any direction you wish as long as your back is turned into the direction you want to go to.
You can't walk freely in the cells that you glitch into, so digging is the only option.
If you save and reload inside a glitched cell the game will give you a much higher framerate than it usually would (it's really smooth).
By saving the game you will also see the cell name in the save data (in Region, for example, it could be Filler_HeroGuild_01 if you glitch into it through any part of the Heroes' Guild)
You can't Recall to the filler cells.
dude, you have too crouch and walk if you want too move when you're in an unknown place like at the beginning of your video :)
