The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact Music - Unbreakable Stained Glass

Whew, after a pretty long break, I'm back to uploading music. :) Sorry for the wait.

This song comes from SNK's 3-D fighter The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact. This song plays on the Ancient Ruins stage. It's the stage you fight the Sakazaki siblings Ryo and Yuri, and the teen pop-idol Athena Asamiya. Let me tell you, this theme fits none of the three. Now, I can understand Ryo and Yuri fighting at some ruins, they'd probably train there, but what the heck is Athena doing here? I thought she'd be in the Live House stage. Maybe she likes historical artifacts?

Ryo is the homie. I've enjoyed using him in every game he was in (Except in Capcom vs. SNK 2. He felt rather stupid in that game, but a lot of SNK guys lost their luster in that game. Damn Capcom for giving Ryo his classic Art of Fighting/KOF '94-'95 commands instead of his current, more fluid commands) Ryo was pretty fun to use, although I got tired of hearing a half-assed "STRIKE GALE" everytime I'd perform the Hien-Shipuu-Kyaku/Strike Gale Kick. And speaking of getting sick of lame voice acting, we go to our next character...

Yuri Sakazaki. I love Yuri. She's one of my top 5 SNK babes. She's cute, funny, and a blast to play as. Yet I didn't like playing her in this game. Now, she was still Yuri, complete with her "SHO-UPPAH! DOUBLE!" and the Ko 'ohken-to-Haoh Sho Ko Ken moves. BUT HER VOICE ACTING SUCKED! Of all the characters to be ruined by poor English voice actors, why my poor Yuri? She has the lamest English voice in the game, hands-down. I'm sad to say that I actually hated Yuri when I played this game.

Athena...Well, I was never actually pro-status with this chick. All I really did was spam Phoenix Arrow and I never mastered her reflector (mostly because, unlike Capcom game AI, SNK game AI don't spam their 'dokens) Athena was alright, I guess. Her voice was stupid, too, but not as bad as YURI'S. Seriously, if I see the woman responsible for Yuri's gay voice on the streets, let's just say I'll be going to jail afterwards. XD
