My attempt brought compliments, even though it was a little denser than yours looked (too much flour?) I am puzzled as to why you used the wire whisk instead of the flat beater or dough hook. Cleaning the whisk was no easy task with the dense dough.

@Grufian Usually I use the wire whisk at the beginning to mix the ingredients well especially if they are liquidy. In this recipe, I changed the wire whisk to the dough hook before adding the rest of the flour, you know it's hard to knead the dough with the wire whisk.
