The G.O.P's Five Stages of Election Grief

The G.O.P's Kübler-Ross Grief Cycle.

The recent reports of the vitriolic McCain-Palin rallies were scaring me.
But after reading the Washington Post's article "Anger Is Crowd's Overarching Emotion at McCain Rally", it occurred to me that this is perhaps less about hate than it is about defeat, and the republicans slowly coming to terms with that.

The Kübler-Ross model outlines the five stages terminally ill patients go through. Hoever, this model can be applied to any form of catastrophic personal loss. It seems the G.O.P is going through its own loss, and coming to terms to that slowly.

In this video, I have compiled what I see as evidence that conservatives across the country are slowly coming to terms with our next President, Barack Obama.
