After losing 80 lbs in 3 years. I have found that our thoughts make us whichever way we think we are fat or thin. When I started seeing myself thin, I became that way. If in your dreams/ visualizations you still see yourself the way you actually are and not what you want to be then you will remain the same.

Haha, I'm reading and watching now and I can fully confirm the TRUTH of this thing. I've always had troubles with my weight and for years unsuccesfully strugling with it. And one day I just said: stop, I don't care about it anymore. And I started eating whenever I wanted whatever I wanted. And... it turned out that I didn't want too much and didn't want it that often. I've been losing weight and feeling perfectly. Forget diets, they never work. Trust yourself and find what is best for YOU.

This man is right on the money. Well presented. Highly valuable perception skills taught in a short 20 minutes. Didn't think it would work at first because so simple, but his message somehow stuck and I'm now beating my 35-year old binge habit. Works best with moderate exercise daily.
I have been overweight ever since I can remember , lost weight and gained it back. This is the first time I have heard it put in such a way that makes total sense. God designed our bodies to require fuel. I am praying that this is the right program or life decision for me. GBU & HJD!
