http://www.THINTUITION.com. What is thintuition? Thintuition is a healthy, commonsense approach to losing weight.

I created the thintuition weight loss program after losing 140 pounds and keeping it off for nearly nine years.

thintuition starts when diets end. thintuition is about getting satisfaction out of every meal. It is about losing weight without deprivation or dieting.

Tapping into your thintuition is about getting back in touch with your body and responding to its cues to tell you what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat and when to stop eating. Once you learn this, you'll have this knowledge for life!

Even if you don't have a lot of weight to lose, thintuition is for you. Or you spend too much time worrying about eating or not eating certain foods, or about gaining weight, thintuition is for you too.

thintuition is the way to reach your desired body weight. What is your desired body weight? When you reach a place where weight no longer restricts you from doing or being anything you want in your life. You are the only person who knows what weight that is.

When you are ready to stop listening to anyone else to tell you what's right for you and your body, and ready to take back control and power over food and eating, you are ready for thintuition.

  • I have been overweight ever since I can remember , lost weight and gained it back. This is the first time I have heard it put in such a way that makes total sense. God designed our bodies to require fuel. I am praying that this is the right program or life decision for me. GBU & HJD!

  • After losing 80 lbs in 3 years. I have found that our thoughts make us whichever way we think we are fat or thin. When I started seeing myself thin, I became that way. If in your dreams/ visualizations you still see yourself the way you actually are and not what you want to be then you will remain the same.

  • Haha, I'm reading and watching now and I can fully confirm the TRUTH of this thing. I've always had troubles with my weight and for years unsuccesfully strugling with it. And one day I just said: stop, I don't care about it anymore. And I started eating whenever I wanted whatever I wanted. And... it turned out that I didn't want too much and didn't want it that often. I've been losing weight and feeling perfectly. Forget diets, they never work. Trust yourself and find what is best for YOU.

  • This man is right on the money. Well presented. Highly valuable perception skills taught in a short 20 minutes. Didn't think it would work at first because so simple, but his message somehow stuck and I'm now beating my 35-year old binge habit. Works best with moderate exercise daily.
