  • if you get a poor one, refure it line by line, it can he held against you when or if you file for unemployment comp, which all companies seek to weasel out of.....USE THE AT WILL LAW, IF YOUR STATE IS AN AT WILL EMPLOYMENT LAW STATE.....ie. no fault terminations.

  • This is the definition in layman's terms: The employee appraisal process is a way to document whether you are a valuable or a crappy employee. That way if the company needs to fire you or discipline you, their butts are covered because your performance is documented.
