@FinalJinchuuriki well on one hand, they have a very warmed up room inside, second they are underground, the freezing procedure stops because of the slightly protective barrier the snow is making
and common... dude... it's a science fiction movie....
as log as it's awesome, making sense is not needed :D

I like how the ice can instantly freeze dozens of floors of the empire state building, yet it can't freeze teenagers taking their sweet time limping down a hallway to close a door which instanteously stops freezing temperatures from penatrating.....
