states need to charge more taxes because they stopped collecting high taxes on an inflated economy (eg: real estate) thanks to the lack of oversight Bush had on the system for 8 years, anyhow and perhaps with new laws you will end up cleaning public restrooms full of shit you'll have to smell :-)
