Bicycle Review - BD-1 / HOOLIGAN / DAHON

We just bought the HOOLIGAN to replace a Brompton, which has frame damage (where the seat post goes in). (BROMPTON's plastic shim/bush wore out without me realizing and the frame became distorted as a result due to over-tightening, which I had to do bit by bit over months using it daily. Anyway, I was impressed to see that the Cannondale Hooligan is a bike suitable for trips, fun, hill climbs, day touring, and still goes in the car easily. I can ride it and the kids can too. It rides really cleanly. An EXCELLENT bike.

In fact, the Brompton is useless for hill climbs and could not have done this ride. it was funny to see two people walking next to their Brompton's on this ride.
