@heythinkaboutit What you said. In watching his hands, his economy of motion is great through his fingers, hands, and wrists. There is technique that helped get him there, and I think that is the key to success in this topic. Poor practice still produces poor results. It'd be cool if he'd think about it, and share a few more thoughts.

0.58 was funny and the rest of the vid is good too but you could have talked more about the movement itself and not only how to practice. I mean things like
using your arm,wrist and/or fingers. If you make the movemen by
throwing only your arms around you never get really fast.
