Leo - Introduction

The Leo platform presents a new approach to help and execution solutions. Leo is designed for performance — to help users get things done quickly and efficiently on the real application, on real data and in real time.

Upon user request, Leo navigates the application for the user via the Do It or Guide Me mode and performs the action on the application itself in real time. Leo provides interactive help that involves user input when necessary. Similarly to the way we learn to navigate to new places when we use a GPS, learning an application with Leo is done during the actual performance of a task. There is no decrease in productivity, no need to train the user about every single button, and no need to keep an army of help desk personnel to help employees adjust to new applications.
