So I bought Starcraft 2 maybe a week after it came out. It played it and I admit that I suck. I've never been a huge RTS player. The first one I ever played was Age of Empire and it's expansion, Rise of Rome (or something like that). At that time, I thought it was awesome, just creating huge armies and destroying stuff. But then I started playing online with the game Stronghold and I realized how bad I was at RTS games. I can't really micro that well and I still rely mostly on the mouse rather than the keyboard. But anyways, I've been just trying to get some achievements and decided to get this one. I tried to get it once a day and finally got it. This is surprising since I haven't even beaten the campaign yet.

But anyways... my combo is plasma with drones. I can't stand side missiles, they're so weak. After I power my ship up, I just collect as many bombs as possible. I didn't lose a single life until level 8 because at that time, I was getting bored as hell. This was my third time playing the loop so I began to get careless. I lose 4 lives in total and I could've gone further but I decided, forget it, not like there's any more achievements.

So, the trick to getting these achievements is: 1) tap the space bar. This allows you to shoot faster. That's another reason why I gave up, my arm was getting tired. 2) Don't panic. If you panic, you'll get hit by something, just carefully inch your way around. 3) Use bombs when you have to. Don't worry about wasting them, you can always pick up more. Remember that bombs can destroy bullets so when you're surround, hit ctrl. 4) DON'T GET GREEDY! You'll see me get hit a lot because I try to get a power up or something.

Over all, this is an easy 2D shooter. It has bad controls for a shooter, there's some delay once in a while and for some reason, I can't move diagnal sometimes too. There's only 3 levels and after beating terratron, it just repeats.
