I think the sentence structure is very different from other languages making English difficult to learn. You would be understood by a native English speaker. In conversation it would be obvious you are working hard to pronounce words. The sounds of English words must be strange to you so repetition and becoming comfortable with the words might be your best goal at the moment. Oh yeah...it is "23 years old" not "23 years ago". All in all, you are doing great.

Vous parlez anglais bien, mais c'est mieux si vous dites," I am 23 years old.. not ago." J'habite en Californie et la semaine prochaine, j'irai a Strasbourg pour continuer mon francais. C'est toujours mon reve d'apprendre le francais, donc j'ai le temps maintenant et je le prendrai. A mon avis, ecoutez les musique en anglais et les traduit a Google. Les gens en dehors d'Amerique parlent un langue etranger mieux que les American qui l'apprendent. C'est plus facile d'apprendre l'angais en France

You are fine. You speak better than some Americans. By now, you are even better. if you are in America, keep your French accent, it sounds good with your American language
