@1964Yojimbo Well seeing as it's Saint Patrick's Day tomorrow, I would suggest (that is if you drink alcohol) a small glass of Guinness. That is what we serve in the restaurant to our guests when we cook these dishes, and they LOVE it! If you don;t drink alcohol, then I suggest a strong slightly sweet tea of your choice. The reason I suggest a slightly sweet tea is that the, slight sweetness lifts the dish wonderfully. Enjoy :-0 Chef
