Just the scenario.. President 2 bottles, Negotiator and Dealer
Im sure the President is in higher power and the Dealer would be intimidated to decrease his intended prices
Compared to
An average citizen bargaining with a wine dealer like that, not much great results
Cause the Dealer finds no reason to decrease his price on some customer

Some power negotiators are unafraid of infuriating others when the objective is a win/lose negotiation (also called a zero sum game). However, there are other negotiating styles that are equally effective and that accomplish excellent results without alienating or infuriating the other side. For example using charm in this situation could have had the same result. The law of predictability is a good resource and would have resulted in the same outcome if it was the preferred strategy .
