They only issue I saw was with the back squats. Anyway, did he do this for all ten sets? I started with 135 (bb complex once every 2 mins) and made it through the first four, but had to drop to 115 for the final six and couldn't complete all in under 2 mins. It crushed me.
So Questions...Deadlifts were done straightlegged, pushpress and both front and back squats were not done to full extension. Is this an instance of sacrificing form for intensity? Would I benefit more from performing those lifts as demonstrated or taking the additional time to complete full ROM?
This looks dangerous as hell.

I'd say do full ROM and try and never sacrifice form...contrary to the CF methodology
