  • that thing was moving fast for a take off! do they usually do that? or did it have to do something like close air support?

  • @QuincyGD4456 They always do that to minimize the window of attack that they may be shot down by ground fire.

  • @QuincyGD4456 I used to be an active duty Marine. I went out to Al Asad twice. The last time was in 2007.

  • This was sick. Not a lot of F/A-18D videos on here. What squadron was this? Are they based out of Mirarmar?

  • That F/A-18D belongs to VMFA-121, and yes, they are from Miramar. Good guess!
