Rounded shoulders posture is normally caused by excess chronic tension in the shoulders. These exercises in body awareness work to free up and articulate the should blades to correct poor posture in the shoulder. Try these exercises and let me know what you think!

This exercise is called The Eagle.

  • great videos!.

I have noticed my elbows are somewhat cockeyed, maybe there are some movements you could sugest to me to help correct it.

    thanks eric

  • Hi Eric. Boy, I am in some pain. I tried your exercise and now I'm swallowing down ibuprofen in hopes it alleviates the pain in my back. Maybe I did the 'Eagle' a little too much. Of course, it is amazing to realize how 'out of alignment' we can all get. Now I see it is a tough battle to get back to the way things used to be. If anyone reads, take caution and don't over do it. Or your upper back will hurt each time you lower your chin to your chest. OMG, the pain is WOW!

  • how long should we do this for?

  • this one feels good lol
