No no no. " that's what you signed up for". It's true. If you don't like the artist then don't work for them! If you're an engineer at a shop studio who's job it is to record walk-in clients and you don't like tuning vocals and moving parts around and editing then what are you doing there?? you need to get really good so you GET to choose your clients. That's how it works.
