I wrote my very first (and only) fan e-mail back in 1995 to dmp. They forwarded my e-mail to Jimmy "Flim" Johnson. He was kind enough to respond to all of my questions letting me know what happened to the group and where everybody was living and working at the time. I thought it was really cool to get a personal response from him (blew my mind, actually). I wish it was possible to contact him and the other guys, just to let them know how much their music became such a soundtrack to my life.

We use to crank this up on the cornerhorns and dust would fall from the ceiling. I can't wait to get my new house and do some spring cleaning!

@weezerdogg Yep- I worked at a car/home audio store 1983-1993. This, Dave Grusin, James, Newton Howard and Friends. Any Sheffield Lab CD we loved! Even litened to some of the Fresh Aire. Great times for sure!

Interestingly I also got introduced to these guys from a room mate who had brought home a pair of those smae Klipsch Cronerhorms. Man, were those thigns HUGE!!!

This CD brings back fond memories around the Christmas of 1984 in Gillette WY. It was one of the few releases available to demonstrate our first CD player. We turned more than a few Country & Western folks onto Flim & the BB's, which was fun to do. Speaker upgrades (AR 9's, Klipsch cornerhorns) were easy. The dynamic range this CD demonstrated was mind blowing for the time. Great time to be in stereo sales!
