this is awesome! i don't know how you did some of those effects. i'm using this video for training literacy tutors about learning by doing (i show them the racquetball section: 1:45 to 3:07).
The racquetball scene was definitely one of our favorites to shoot and edit. I felt really dumb swinging at air when a bunch of people were watching through the plexiglass, though.

Well...it is not quite downtown. It is on Santa Barbara Street near the Amtrak Station. Mitchell Park is four or five blocks away.
