Try the entirety of Bush's Administrations for war crimes and crimes against The Constitution of The United States of America. Find them guilty (regardless, just as long as there's a trial and enough of an argument about whether they're guilty or not), and sentence them to death. Bush to hang. Chaney to fry in the chair. Rummy to be fired upon. Rove to be gassed. Also make the executions a public affair. Charge admission and put it on Pay-Per-View. Use the proceeds to pay off the deficit.

@Nightbird Mr.Vidals sexual orientation does not even factor into ANY equation.
