A short film I made (shot and edited) about Burning Man 1997, 2001 and 2003, set to Brian Eno's track Fractal Zoom from the album Nerve Net. Images are 16mm film (Aaton LTR, Angenieux) and Panasonic 3 chip DV cam with Leica optics. Stills here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/stephenbove/sets/760558/

  • That 97 footage looks like Kodak Tri-x, Plus-x, Kodachrome, and Ektachrome. Either 8mm of 16mm (Bolex is my favorite.)

  • @ktwheels44 plusx and kodachrome...16mm.

  • Absolutely amazing! Great trippy tune from Mr.Eno and mesmerising video of some very creative and artistic humans. Why aren't more people watching this....

  • @niggly1 Thanks for the compliment!

You might like another short film I made on Burning man...a bit longer, so I posted it at higher rez on Vimeo: put in /7768465 after the Vimeo url...

And there's a better looking copy of this one there too! Thanks again.
