@BlackOps9111 you can ask if it can be on a prepaid plan; i got a fancy touchscreen on a prepaid plan; but i dont like touch screen so i got rid of it; lol but when you go into the verizon store; and your looking on the prices; there should be a price that says soemthing about "prepaid price". its gonna be more but if you cant pay 100 something bill a month prepaid is the way to go. I have the 50 dollar a month prepaid plan; and its absolutly perfectly fine(:

I just recently went into a verizon store for this phone exactly; nothing but touch screens basically; and they dont have this anymore. I was disappointed :(
