I like that move it reminds me of boxing alot shuffleing wise neat foot work. I want to go back to the Trapping thing. Have you met Rick Fey? He's a teacher of Jkd. I taken Tkd to improve my kicks soon I want to learn all four ranges. Grapling, Trapping, Kicking and ,Punching range. Thats a goal of mines.

@victoriavives: Oh I see, two different steps. I've always used offensive and defensive strategies, but didn't know they were two different steps. By refolding a kick I meant returning the kick to the pre-attack position with knee folded. I know you were doing a demo, but it's a common mistake even I was a victim of. Again, with respect!

@IBurton86 What you are describing is chambering. Generally speaking kicks in JKD are not chambered, as it is a less direct route to the target, and therefore a less efficient movement. Who is your instructor? You should check JeetKuneDoUniversity(DOT)com
