You clearly do not even understand what it means for something to be an appeal to sentiment. There isn't anything emotional or lacking in logic in the above statements.
BI advertises ArmA as "400 square kilometers in size, full of flora and fauna is ready to be explored at your command." This is what is called a MISLEADING STATEMENT. Simply because it can RATIONALIZED to be true does not mean it is not DECEPTIVE.

Why would I not be able to understand the difference between a map and an island on a map? You're just another person who blocks off communication by making himself unable to understand what another is saying due to his own egotism. You would rather condescend to me and think that I am failing to "understand" some concept.
Your point is irrelevant to mine. I'm not arguing semantics, I'm just saying that BI was deceptive in their advertising.

Then I have no hope for you in understanding map versus island. They can name a map whatever they want. There is a map called saralite which is south sahrani, so whatever.

The water is not Sahrani. So counting the LARGE amount of water other than the island is just deception.

They didn't.
The whole Sahrani is 20x20km (400km^2) INCLUDING the WATER.
The actual land area is about 110km^2.
