Tristan here with my WIndows 7 Tips and Tricks:
1: New Windows Taskbar with pinning applications & Windows Hot-key launch: Windows Key + #
2: New Quick-launch menu by right clicking pinned icon on taskbar.
3: Aero Snap: Snap windows to the sides of the screen: Hot-keys: Windows key + Arrow Key
4: Aero Peek: See your applications by hovering over the icon on the taskbar.
5: Aero Shake & Show Desktop: Shake your windows ups to make clutter free workspace.
6: Clear Type Adjustments: Make your fonts look better for your monitor
7: Color Adjustment: Get the most out of your monitor

Is there a way to use aero snap and have more than 2 screen aligned?

I don't understand the concern of RAM today, it's so amazingly cheap to buy more RAM today. Yes, Windows do take RAM from "nowhere" but still, have 4GB and you're in the safe zone.

@djausk Maybe they have icons to pornsites or something like that and want to hide that from you xD

@Gwainafair No, but uses HDD a bit while searching for pics if you have lot of them in your library.

@tplayer53 You can change whole size of stuff(icon's, fonts, taskbar etc. for better viewing) from 100 to 125 or 150% view in controll panel by going to your screen settings (don't remember exact path and titles of options, I have system on russian) try to use WinSearch
