  • i heard the vg30 is a pain to work on. and you have to pull it out to work on minor things. is this true?

  • @Zomgdevil

No, the VG30e is extremely easy to work on. The VG30DE is the one thats hard to work on while its in the vehicle.

  • So this is basically like a stock turbo? How are these cars to drive.

  • Well yes, stock turbo from the stock turbo setup. But, I am running the n/a motor (higher compression ratio), its running 15psi compared to the stock 6.7psi, and plus its intercooled. So its not a stock setup, compared to a stock turbo z31, mine pulls so much harder.

  • Like your mount for the cutout switch, very stock-looking :)

  • Cool vid, I'm planning the same wedge-type intercooler setup with maxima dual e-fan. Glad to see it works so well.
