Marty Farrell one hand deadlift 70kg, 90kg, 100 kg, 110kg and a miss of 120kg.
I persuaded Marty to try this after not just his workout but an entire day. If I remember correctly this was around 10pm and after Marty had done many many many reps.
Purpose of exercise-grip work. The lifter may use a hook grip or a regular grip.
