Isiah Thomas was a clutch player for the Detroit Pistons. Three straight appearances to the NBA Finals winning two; five straight conference finals appearances winning three eastern conference championships. He led the Pistons to 9 straight playoff appearances. He created memorable moments in the NBA Finals as well as the NBA Playoffs with 16 points in 94 seconds against the Knicks in 1984. He scored 25 points in the 3rd quarter on a severely sprained ankle in the 1988 NBA Finals. 23 Points in the 3rd quarter in the 1990 NBA Finals. He hit the game winning shot in the 1987 Eastern Conference Semi-Finals against the Atlanta Hawks.
