Rock Revolution Konami Gamers' Day 08: Developer Interview


Rock Revolution is an upcoming music video game developed by Zoe Games and HB Studios for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS and Wii. The game will be published by Konami. It was first revealed on May 15, 2008. it is similar to games such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band, as the player plays along with music on specialized controllers directed by on-screen instructions. The controller will either be a Guitar and Drum set peripheral on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and exclusively the Wii Remote on the Wii version. Like the upcoming Guitar Hero IV, the game will also include a mode in which players can create their own tracks, along with a free form mode that lets players experiment with their musical instrument of choice.

I actually like the 2d notes, but then again for the past 7 months or so I've been playing DTXMania so I'm used to it... that's what it comes down to, what you're used to ... everthing else you said I would also agree

I will admit I could go without the 2d notes but this game has something the others don't. Why didn't rockband and guitar hero make all the songs covers like this game? That would be the ideal thing to do when you are playing as a band covering a song. Even if the graphics suck im gonna pick it up for 5 cuz thats cheap and I like the idea of it being strictly covers.
