@ramsx131 Well when you're not a smoker, it's quite brutal. I was blowing my nose with black shit coming out and I had a consistent headache for a while, still able to smell smoke, taste smoke as well as cough and wheeze. I dont think the mosh pit size factors into the location choice, but ticket sales and amenities do. This is not my first Flogging Molly concert and wont be the last but I get tired of having to recover from, essentially, poisoning.

You can't have this kind of concert inside... This concert is outside for a reason bud, no limit to the people they are selling the tickets to and the size of the mosh pit they can get going in the middle there. I was there as well but I didn't think the smoke was that bad and I was 5 feet from the pit at the most...

@serenitychaos2000 Me too!! I blew my nose on some paper towel thing at a restaurant and this black stuff came out and I couldn't figure out if it was from all that nasty smoke or if it was the napkin or what... This was my 4th or 5th time seeing them live. They are one of the best bands to see live! I would rather an indoor show however... 'cus then people cant be smoking.... my lungs and throat still hurt and I am still coughing like I have a smokers cough...

@Tenucha ha at first we were so close to the pit. We got back to our room and blew our noses, and it came out black! soooo gross hahaha! But this was our first time seeing them live, and we are going back again next year, great show! Great people, except for some drunk guy who kept falling into me and every other person by him...ha we pushed him out and he still found his way back in!!! hahhaa

@serenitychaos2000 haha surprisingly I have held out all day. Had to work at 11 and then work on a class project from about 4-10:30. I drank all day yesterday lol Beginning with a 20oz Guinness first thing in the morning!

Biggest thing kicking my ass is the smoke overload. I dont smoke anything and there was all kinda of shit being lit up in the crowd... otherwise my neck is sore from head banging and my back is sore from dancing hah Love Flogging Molly! Amazing energy!

Ha I was there, so did that show totally kick your ass too? Ha Sure as hell am feeling it today! They kick ass live, sound just as good as they do on album. Great show!
