When I first saw this many months ago, I thought that the reasonable restraints would have stopped the lack of accountability and bonuse culture. Mr. Obama you are spending your capital as poorly as the executives of these companies by not enforcing the laws that Elliot Spitzer and Greg Palast have noted as on the books and available for use by any prosecutor. Please use these tools lest you continue the culture that values the Glory of getting over rather than ethical standards.

Very, very good. He's going to be a great president. He was like an inspirational coach for the senate...isn't that kind of what a president should be anyway? The key to Obama is to listen to the substance of his words.
