Maryland Elite Basketball Camp

Let Me ask you this. when doing dribbling drills on the move do you think its important to get the coordination down pact then go as fast as you can or do them as fast as you can from the start.

Keep in mind, I am strength coach, not a skills instructor. However, I believe you should always master a skill BEFORE attempting to do it at game speed.
