The money they recieve from drug busts should go into ways and means of finding the drug cartels money and attack the source of their power.The drug culture across the world must change to be unacceptable.Drug taking transcends all economic barriers.If you can attack the idea of that drugs are bad but acceptable in some circles then the war on drugs is winnable and is needed for society.

Ok, so the Feds took in $59 million.and netted 750 arrests. It's not going to stop the drug trade in this Country or in Mexico. A new cartel (amongst the several) will just take its place.. The war on drugs has been a dismal failure that has cost this Country hundreds of billions of dollars and has been going on for almost 40 years now. I sure wish Holder woould also tell the public just how much that 21 month multi-agency operation just cost the taxpayers of this Country.
