I never could understand why some people spend 10's of thousands of dollars on solar and huge generators for their homes when they probably will not have a home or have to evacuate in most disasters.

diesel will give best mpg and you have alot more choices on fuel also add some bigger batteries. one from a forklift would be ideal. maybe add a bigger alternator to help charge to. also add a wind turbine to top of truck so while your driving your charging and when your parked wind could spin it too. just my opnion......great video to

Really nice video, love the camper its perfect. I hate the fact that the larger trucks get such poor gas mileage but thats ok everthing else is point on. You seem to be pretty self sustainable and ready for a shtf senerio, keep prep'n!!!

No. 460 was one worst ford engines, but not as bad as the 360, and ford transmissions are good, its dodge that sucks, but other than that good video and i like the truck

I like the vid. I would deffinetly concider selling my little camper I have now for a slide in camper! I have a diesel 99' F250 ext. cab and think this kind of a set up would be perfect! Funny thing though, when I am towing my camper my diesel gets better milage than regular driving?? It works and I won't complain. Nice vid again, see ya and take care!

@Darkyodajedi alt fuel wile fun but when you have no money and nobody else does as well where are you going to get your hydrogen. the only alt fuel that can be easily made is biodiesel and ethanol.
