Rumsfeld when questioned by a reporter (it's on youtube) admitted DEWs are in "early stages" (how advanced does that make classified DEW?!).

Basic DEWs now appear on warships and are openly used for crowd control (ADS).

But all of the above is just an elaborate conspiracy to make us believe DEWs exist.

Really? Well I have a construction worker in the family that has been using thermite for a number of years and states that the timing can be accurate, the way it can be controlled is very precise and can be even remotely detonated. So who is lying here? Some faceless youtube user with no facts to back up his claim, or a member of my own family who has a JOB in the field.
