BANK OF AMERICA MORTGAGE DOES NOT HELP PEOPLE IN NEED

I PUT IN FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION 4 MONTHS AGO AND NOW I'M LOSING MY HOME BECAUSE THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is it Bank of America responsible for bailing your ass out? You should have had disability insurance.

Do not pay the Mortgage any more. Let the Bank Foreclosure. You can live in the house for 3 - 4 - 5 years no paying nothing and saving the Monthly Payments. To many foreclosure in Court delaying the proccess. Wait into your proccess in court and when is almost done, File for Chater 7 ( will take about 1 year or more) and if you do not sucess, file for chatter 13 (another year waiting).. Living for FREE in the house you wil be able to SAVE about $20,000 - $30,000 and then, Buy a Foreclosure.

well , you watch Inside Edition and listen to psychics. Not everyone is entitled to own property. Maybe you could go to the Salvation Army. Do not sign a contract that you cannot pay. Why should your mortgage company agree to lower your interest rate? They have you on the dotted line , if you cannot pay the payment , you lose the house. Look into renting. And stop going to psychics and listening to oprah.

the ultimate protection is to prove the fact that the bank does not even have possession of the deed and note.And as far as the note.They need to show the original wet ink contract and not a copy of it.And they cant show it due to it being securitized.So that will stop foreclosure and dont file bankruptcy or do a loan modifications at all.

Boyfriend loses job and moves out and now its the Banks fault ? I have first hand knowledge that over 60% of the loan modifications that have been processed are in 5 months back in default. When the Govt wakes up and sees these programs are a total failure the axe is going to fall. The biggest failure by BOA is giving false hope but the reality is the litigation they would face if they did not try and help these people. The shelters 5 years ago were full of people in this same situation.
