On Dec 24, 2011, the Pittsburgh-based City Reformed Presbyterian Church conducted its Christmas Eve service at Pittsburgh Chinese Church at Oakland(PCCO), and the audience sang five songs during the course.

This is when the audience sang the final verse of "What Child Is This" in Mandarin Chinese, and in English it means much similar to this verse:

So bring him incense, gold and myrrh,
come peasant, king, to own him;
the King of kings, salvation brings,
let loving hearts enthrone him.

Raise, raise the song on high,
the virgin sings her lullaby;
joy, joy for Christ is born,
the babe the son of Mary.
