Are there any CAI/SRI that are street legal in new york?

ummm its only a 6whp and 9ft/lb gain unless the website is a typo cause 138whp to 144whp is only 6

yes, it is better than short ram.. all after market parts are not street legal, unless if it is a factory licensed part or some parts from pepboys or kragen
