It used to be if you came to this country like my ancestors and got real lucky and worked hard, your grand kids could become anything they want. the problem is that America should be as mixed as the "hispanic" countries by now! but i think "hispanic" people could assimilate into whichever community they feel comfortable in and that could be any depending on what each family and individual is like and which Americans they relate with the most

@mastercheff1216 Spain, Italy, and Greece were once primarily indo-european (AKA white)
how ever Mediterranean migration to these countries over the last 2,000 years has done to the contrary....
theres a distinct difference.
The only "White people" you speak of are Germanic.
