I recently purchased a Panasonic Viera 50" 1080p model # TP-P50S2 and I am having problems with it. It looses sound when I turn it off and to fix the problem I need to adjust the cable box ( Dish Network) to where it is audible again. The cable comoany replaced the box twice already and the problem is no resolved. It is also the second time I replace the TV in the last week and a half. Please help. Thank you!!!

Well, he works for them (CompUSA/TigerDirect), so of course he can do that.
However, I've done this too at CompUSA and BestBuy. They just put a sticker on your camera, to know it's yours. However, Sears won't allow it.
I personally don't see what the big deal is.

Check my review of the 54" S1, and realize how bad this plasma really is. And garretts228 is correct, deep black level goes away over time. And in all this G12 Panasonic, that time can mean 25 days. That's what happened to me.
I should get my money back sometime this week, from the return, and hopefully find a LN52B750 for a good price.

Plasma tv's usually loose there black shade after a period of use, and then it will get brighter.... So say your you have your black shade it will turn into a bright white soon or later...
