if you park a helicopter any on top of one of your apartments it will appear in the parking place

no, this "glitch" then can be seen many times when watchin a video of crt screen, the screen appears to flicker or have black bars moving upwards, this is because the refresh rate of the screen is similar to the frapes per secong in the video. duh :)

What is happening on this video is called stroboscopic effect. Bear in mind that what you are looking at is not a moving picture, but a number of stills one after another. The brain then interprets these as a moving immage. What is happening here is that in between frames, each rotor blade moves to the exact position of another blade so the brain interprets it as staying still or slowing down. Frame rate in recording.
